After meeting with other agents and being frustrated with the results, my wife and I were pointed in David's direction. Not only did we want a hot commodity, but we were in a time crunch, as our current home was under contract. David communicated with us constantly and kept us in the loop. In a few short weeks, we were under contract on a perfect home in the perfect spot, and the house never even hit the market. Had it hit the market, it likely would have exceeded our price range or at least started a bidding war (it appraised for 8.5% above what we paid). Long story short, David is professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and a wonderful person. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
David was very patient with us during the whole search and was always honest with us. He did not try to move us in a direction that benefited him but was always thinking about what we wanted. In addition, he has stayed in touch with us for the past 12 yrs after the purchase of our home he helped us find. Loyalty is a big part of David's character, and it shows in his job.
